Also note order cancellation request will be accepted only if its done within 2 hours of placing order thereafter if we receive order cancellation request the same will be rejected and buyer will be prosecuted as per Indian Contract Act, 1872 and may be penalised with with financial compensation to Kartfury.com of upto Rupees 10000. For cancelled orders any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation
